Platinum Vacation Properties came into existence in 2002, founded by Frank Carter. As managing director, he is still the driving force behind the company's exciting growth. Starting as a timeshare broker at a leading local resort, he worked his way up to Assistant Director of Marketing and Sales. After this experience, he wanted to open his own company, although it was hard to leave his old workplace after fourteen great years. But the challenge and excitement that comes with starting a new adventure convinced him to take the plunge. He believed it was the right time to move on and start out on his own after his experience with one of the most well-known resorts on the island.

After a while, he company added real estate to their timeshare resales department, because they found themselves more and more referring clients to other realtors/brokers on the island, because they were interested in purchasing property. Then it became clear that adding real estate to the company's portfolio was the way to go.

Platinum Vacation Properties has the most dedicated staff members, one of which is Wai-Hing Yee, who has joined the organization as Assistant Director.

PVP has grown since its start and now they have agents on the island and also abroad to help you to find that dream home.
